My name is Wendi Paulson. I received my Bachelor of Arts with math and social science minors along with my teaching certificate for K-8 self-contained classrooms in November of 2004 from Saginaw Valley State University. I graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. I have worked in schools from Bay City, Saginaw, Rose City, and several others through field work, volunteering, and substitute teaching for grades k-8. Additionally, I taught first grade at a private school for one year and tutored students using Orton-Gillingham techniques, which I obtained certification from Michigan Dyslexia Institute in 2008. It is the training from MDI which really makes teaching Kindergarten AWESOME! My family and I are thankful to be a part of a Christ-centered school here at St. Joseph.
